Proud of our academic record, our broad curriculum and happy atmosphere.
Our staff are fully qualified with considerable teaching experience. Most of them have been at St Francis for a number of years. The Headmaster is a member of the IAPS and the School is accredited by the Independent Schools Joint Council. The School is a charitable trust with a board of governors, chaired by David Hemery MBE, Bsc, Ed.D. Apart from the Headmasters of Marlborough College and Dauntsey's all the other governors are current parents.
Our curriculum includes Science, C.D.T., Drama, Music - both as a class subject and individual instrumental tuition - as well as concentration of the core subjects of Maths, English and Science. Children are taught French from Reception Year (4+).
Children are prepared for C.E. at 11+ and 13+ (from Sept 1997) for scholarships or entrance exams for the Public Schools of their choice.
